The Sami handicraft, The Duodji, is well known for it’s beautiful ethnic style with strong colors in weaved ribbons and also embroideries and jewelry made of spun silver/pewter wire. Beautiful Sami bracelets has been handmade from 100% vegetable dyed, soft reindeer leather with pewter and silver braided detailing and handmade antler button made from shed reindeer antlers. The wire of pewter contains 4% of silver, which gives the shiny patina to your bracelet after a year or two.

~★ SIZING DETAILS ★~
Not adjustable in size so to order the correct size, measure your wrist just below the wrist bone (the area between your wrist bone and your hand) where you would normally wear the bracelet. Add 1-2 cm to the exact wrist size. (The added length depends on how tight or loose you like the bracelet to be)

★ Bracelet size => Wrist size + 1-2 cm

Free Shipping

In order to keep shipping prices to a minimum, I currently offer free standard shipping for all International deliveries. Please note, standard shipping does not include tracking or signature on delivery. An order can be tracked, only if you have chosen a ”Tracked and Signed” mail service at checkout, at an additional fee.

Due to the cost of sending mail "Tracked and Signed" and to allow me to offer competitive shipping rates, I offer the option for customers to pay and upgrade their shipping if they choose so rather than increase my shipping costs for all customers, customers have the choice.

Do I provide "tracking'" as standard free shipping?

Proof of posting can always be provided, however I cannot be responsible for any items lost in postage should an untracked shipping method be selected.

When upgrading to ”Tracked and Signed” this does not prioritize your order. This does not speed me up, all orders are done in the order in which they come in to make it fair for all. Time of delivery is same as standard shipping.

I HIGHLY recommend a "TRACKED AND SIGNED" shipping method is chosen at checkout if you wish full details of your item(s) and their journey, for peace of mind :)

To maintain the quality of your new jewelry, please:

• Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners.
• Remove when sleeping, exercising, or doing other physically strenuous activities
• Do not wear it to the pool, spa, or the beach
• Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners
• Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth. Please do not use a metal polishing cloth
• Store your beloved jewelry in a cool dry place
• Please do not leave your little ones unattended while wearing this piece.

Please understand that I cannot be responsible for the condition of any items in circumstances where jewelry is not kept within this guidance.

My order has not arrived and the estimated delivery time has been exceeded.

Sadly, due to Corona Virus delivery can sometimes take longer. Due to covid 19 shipping companies have announced serious delays, particularly with international orders which are unfortunately out of my control. Consequently, estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed and there is a chance your order to have a delay.

• FI: Please drop me an ETSY message if your order has not arrived within 14 days.
• INTERNATIONAL: Please drop me an ETSY message if your order has not arrived within 30 days.

If your order was shipped in time, the failure to receive an order by a certain date is not the reason for a refund.

My order is lost, what do i do?

It is rare that items become lost within the postal service. Please understand that once orders are dispatched, they are in the hands shipping companies and I have no control over the handling of your items.

If you choose to upgrade to "Tracked and Signed", then you will have been sent your tracking reference upon dispatch.

For lost-by-mail orders sent with a tracking code, a refund can be made ONLY AFTER receiving an official response from the mail service about the delivery/loss of the order. This may take up to two months from the date of the complaint.

Sometimes there can be a simple delay with the postal service that affects your order.

My item has been damaged in the mail

Should you receive a damaged item, Please drop me an ETSY message on the day of receiving your goods, providing a couple of photos of the item(s) and packaging you have received. I aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours of receipt.

I will replace item, or refund full cost of item plus all shipping, upon shop receiving damaged item.

Corresponding photos must be attached. The photo should be of good quality, which shows ALL the details of the breakdown.

Buyer must notify me if the item is damaged within 2 days from delivery of the item. I will not be responsible for damaged item if I'm not notified within this time frame. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I Need to Cancel My Order

Bracelets are made to order -> each bracelet is handmade according to each purchase. - usually I like to start work on these the same day I receive the order. If I have started work on your piece then often I’m unable to cancel the order. Please do contact me though as often we can come to some agreement.

My order has arrived & i have changed my mind, can i send my item back for a refund?

If no mistake on our part has been made, we cannot give any refunds or replacement on personalized items as they are made specifically for the customer and their own pre-agreed specifications.

For non-customized items, we hope that you love your items but in the event you are unhappy with anything we are happy to offer you a full refund (excluding postage fees). Your items must be returned to us in it's original condition & original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refund your item if it is not sent back to us in it's original condition.

Refunds

Returning purchases is at the customer’s expense (except where the item is faulty or defective, or is dispatched in error by us) and must be sent by tracked post. I will also not take responsibility for any loss or damage while in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed only if the product will be in a re-sellable condition (no chips, scratches or broken bits).

Refunds will ONLY be issued to items deemed either Lost or Damaged. Damage caused by an individual such as the customer will not be covered.

My item has been dispatched but i have put the wrong address, what do i do?

Before ordering please check your shipping address. If the address given to me is incorrect I’m unable to offer any refund or resend your order if already dispatched. If you catch me in time I certainly will change the address for you before posting.

If an item goes missing because I have supplied the wrong address I will take full responsibility and fulfill your wish for a refund or replacement.

I cannot give any refunds or replacement if the parcel is returned simply because it has not been collected from the Post Office by the recipient or the address has been incomplete; refused or is incorrect.
